Window Cleaning Jobs

Location: Billingham, Stockton-On-Tees, and surrounding areas

Salary: £12.50 per hour + 28-days holiday

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Window Cleaner to join our team on a full-time basis, working 5 days a week. This role is ideal for an enthusiastic individual who values reliability, and has a keen eye for detail. While experience in window cleaning is preferred, it is not a requirement, as comprehensive training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

- Window cleaning using a water-fed pole system.
- Gutter cleaning utilizing a gutter vac and inspection camera.
- Cleaning fascias and soffits as needed.
- Driving the company van to various locations (post-training period).
- Maintaining high standards of work and customer satisfaction.

Compensation

The role offers £12.50 per hour + 28 days holiday.
Branded uniforms will be provided upon successful completion of the trial period.

Requirements

- Preferably holds a valid driver's license.
- Must possess a National Insurance number and have a basic understanding of English.
- Non-citizen candidates must have pre-settled, settled, or Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR) status.
- Strong work ethic, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time-keeping skills and a trustworthy, reliable nature.
- Good physical fitness and ability to interact well with customers.
- A basic understanding of how to operate a smartphone; training on our CRM system will be provided, enhancing job efficiency through customer information and mapping.
- A full clean driving license and no criminal record are essential.
- Successful candidates may have the opportunity to take the company van home after a probation period of 6 months.
