Do you clean the frames, sills, and doors too?
Yes! We clean your windows, frames, sills, and doors as standard on every visit — no hidden extras. Keeping the whole window area spotless helps them stay cleaner for longer.
What happens if it’s raining on my cleaning day?
We can clean in light rain as it won’t affect your results, but if the weather is severe, we’ll reschedule your clean at no extra cost. We also offer a 48-hour rain guarantee for your peace of mind.
How often should I have my windows cleaned?
Most of our customers choose a regular clean every 4 or 8 weeks to keep their windows sparkling all year round. We’ll send you a text reminder the day before so you always know when we’re coming.
Do I need to be at home when you clean my windows?
Not at all — as long as we have safe access to your windows, you don’t need to be in. Many of our customers are out during the day; we’ll leave a card when your clean is done.
How can I pay for my window cleaning?
For your convenience, you can pay by bank transfer or cash on the day. We include payment details on your receipt after each visit.
